Mango Lassi GF DF

Mmmm, these are so good! I ordered these for years at my favorite local Indian restaurant (when I had a local Indian restaurant), but when I moved to the UP, I had to learn to make them myself. They are surprisingly easy and use ingredients I usually have laying about (in the way that anyone might have yogurt "laying about").
I find that this recipe only serves two, so if you're having company, you might as well triple it.

Ingredients

approx 3 cups frozen Mango (between 2-4 mangos)
1 cup milk of any kind
1 cup plain yogurt of any kind
3 Tbs coconut milk (or more to taste)
3 Tbs sugar
1/4 tsp ground cardamom (this is crucial)

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
Drink up!
